Ok, this is an awesome way to turn the free trial into the full version without downloading anything besides the free trial.
Step 1; Go to
http://www.adobe.com/downloads/ (you may have to create an account which does not effect anything except takes a few seconds) click on PHOTOSHOP CS4 EXTENDED then it will redirect you to the download page and select your language you want, preferably English. Click download to begin downloading.
Step 2; open windows explorer and then type on C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc in the address bar and you will see a file called hosts, open this with notepad and copy this

and paste it in there after deleting whats already there
Now open CS4 and it should work fine
If any problems show up i can easily tell you how to fix them (about this) and i would greatly apreaciata you telling me you have any problems.
